Lighthouses

Lighthouses. They were once an essential part of our maritime navigation and have become a destination for many vacations and lighthouse lovers. They plan their holidays to spend time visiting, photographing and when possible climbing up into them.  These are a few of the ones I have seen and ones I would like to see but are only able to be viewed by boat.  Fortunately, the Library of Congress has made many images available to us to use as reference images.
